These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Meezoy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Meezoy mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Service Description and Role of Meezoy
Meezoy provides a technology platform that enables users to discover, book, and manage social companionship services. Meezoy does not provide companionship services and is not a provider of such services.
The Platform Role
Meezoy's role is limited to facilitating the availability of the platform to connect Customers and Companions. We are not a party to any contractual relationship between Customers and Companions. Meezoy is not an employer, agent, or insurer of any Companion.
Any agreement between a Customer and a Companion is strictly between those users. Meezoy has no control over the conduct of Companions, Customers, or other users of the Service and disclaims all liability in this regard to the maximum extent permitted by law.
3. Eligibility and Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
Verification Disclaimer
While we may perform certain background checks or identity verification processes on users, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such checks. You acknowledge that Meezoy does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of any user-provided information or the reliability of any third-party verification service.

4. User Accounts and Security

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

- Providing or seeking sexual services, escort services, or any form of illegal activity.
- Harassing, stalking, or harming other users.
- Using the Service for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Circumventing the platform's payment system to avoid fees.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MEEZOY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

- We do not guarantee the identity or background of any user.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEEZOY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MEEZOY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MEEZOY, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meezoy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
