Open Plans Terms (v1.0)

These Open Plans Terms apply when you post an Open Plan on the Meezoy app or website, operated by Meezoy Ventures Private Limited ("Meezoy", "we", "us"). They take effect on 2 November 2026 and apply together with our Meezer Terms, Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. If these terms and those documents differ on an Open Plan, these terms apply.

1. What Open Plans Are

An Open Plan lets you describe what you would like to do instead of picking a Local Partner yourself.

  • You post a plan with the activity, day, time, length, place, your budget per hour and a short description.
  • Meezoy reviews the plan before anyone else can see it.
  • Once approved, verified Local Partners who match your plan can send you offers.
  • You choose one offer and pay to book it. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.

2. Processing Fee

A processing fee is charged to post an Open Plan. It helps us keep Open Plans for genuine plans and covers the work of reviewing your plan and matching it with Local Partners. The processing fee shown before payment is the amount you pay.

The processing fee is non-refundable in all cases, including if Meezoy does not approve your plan, if your plan receives no offers, if your plan expires before it is booked, or if you cancel it.

Meezoy may waive the processing fee for some customers at its discretion. A waiver for one plan does not mean the fee is waived for later plans.

3. Review

Every Open Plan is reviewed by Meezoy. We may approve or decline any plan, for example if the place, time or description does not fit our Community Guidelines. We may also cancel a plan at any time if it breaks our guidelines or these terms. The processing fee is not refunded in these cases.

4. Offers and Price

Each offer shows the full price before you pay. The price can include:

  • the Local Partner's time for the length of your plan;
  • Meezoy's service amount;
  • any travel allowance the Local Partner adds; and
  • the platform fee.

Your budget guides the offers you receive, but the price you pay is the total of the offer you choose. Meezoy may also suggest a Local Partner for your plan.

5. Booking Payment

When you book an offer, you pay the full price at once. A booking made from an Open Plan is non-refundable if you cancel it or do not show up. If the Local Partner cancels, or Meezoy cancels the booking, you get a full refund of the booking payment under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The processing fee stays non-refundable.

6. Safety and Conduct

  • Open Plans happen at public places. Local Partners will never ask you to meet at a home, hotel room or other private place.
  • Meezoy is a platform for local experiences and good company. It is not a dating or escort service, and plans must stay strictly platonic.
  • Keep all payments on Meezoy. Do not pay a Local Partner directly or share contact details to arrange a plan outside Meezoy.
  • Our Meezer Terms and Privacy Policy also apply to everything you do with Open Plans.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version you accepted is recorded with your plan, and that version applies to it. Changes apply only to plans you post after the update.
