These Customer Terms and Conditions ("Customer Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meezoy platform as a Customer. By using the Service to book Companions, you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms, the general Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
To use the Service as a Customer, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized use.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Booking and Platform Role
Meezoy is a technology platform that connects you with independent Companions. You acknowledge that:
- Companions are Independent: Companions are NOT employees, agents, or representatives of Meezoy.
- No Direct Service: Meezoy does not provide companionship services itself.
- Booking Contract: When you book a Companion, you are entering into a direct agreement with that Companion. Meezoy is not a party to that agreement.
4. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations
You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings as displayed on the platform. All payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to the specific policy displayed at the time of booking. Meezoy reserves the right to retain service fees for cancelled bookings according to our refund policy.
5. User Code of Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and illegal activities. As a Customer, you agree to:
- Treat all Companions with respect and dignity.
- Strictly refrain from requesting any sexual services or illegal activities.
- Honor the boundaries set by Companions.
- Provide honest and objective reviews of your experiences.
- Use the platform messaging system for all communication related to bookings.
6. Assumption of Risk and Safety
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS IN MEETING AND INTERACTING WITH INDIVIDUALS YOU DO NOT KNOW. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Meezoy strongly recommends that you meet Companions in public locations for initial meetings and utilize the safety features built into the mobile application.
7. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEEZOY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR INJURIES (INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH) ARISING FROM YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH COMPANIONS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Meezoy is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any User of the Service. Under no circumstances will Meezoy be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the Service.
8. Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meezoy and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Customer Terms, your interactions with Companions, or your violation of any third-party rights.
9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes between you and Meezoy relating to these Customer Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration as specified in the general Terms of Service.
10. Privacy and Data Usage
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is as provided in Meezoy’s Privacy Policy. You consent to the sharing of necessary profile information with Companions to facilitate bookings.
11. Termination and Deactivation
Meezoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our Code of Conduct or multiple negative reports from Companions.
