Our Commitment to Child Safety
Meezoy (the "App") and Meezoy Ventures (the "Developer") are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all our users. We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). Protecting children is our highest priority, and we maintain rigorous standards to ensure our platform is never used to harm minors.
Meezoy complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including reporting obligations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other law enforcement agencies globally.
Strictly Prohibited Conduct
Meezoy maintains a zero-tolerance policy. Any violation of these standards will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform and, where applicable, a report to law enforcement.
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Any content, messaging, or behavior that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children is strictly prohibited.
- Child Grooming: We prohibit any behavior aimed at establishing an emotional connection with a child to lower the child's inhibitions in preparation for sexual abuse, exploitation, or any form of harm.
- Non-Consensual Sexual Content involving Minors: Sharing, or threatening to share, sexual content involving anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
- Endangerment: Any activity that puts the physical or mental well-being of a minor at risk.
In-App Reporting Mechanism
Meezoy provides a robust in-app mechanism for users to provide feedback and report any suspicious behavior, inappropriate content, or potential policy violations.
To report a safety concern within the Meezoy app:
- Navigate to the profile of the user you wish to report.
- Tap the "Report" or "Safety" icon.
- Select the "Child Safety Concern" or "Inappropriate Content" category.
- Provide as much detail as possible and submit your report.
Our dedicated safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Reports involving potential child endangerment are prioritized for immediate review.
Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Meezoy employs a multi-faceted method for identifying and addressing CSAM:
- Detection & Prevention: We use industry-standard technology and proactive manual review to identify and prevent the distribution of prohibited content.
- Immediate Enforcement: Upon detection or a verified report of CSAM, we immediately remove the content and permanently ban all associated accounts.
- Legal Reporting: In compliance with federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), Meezoy reports all instances of CSAM to NCMEC's CyberTipline. We preserve relevant evidence and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations to ensure offenders are held accountable.
Child Safety Point of Contact
We have appointed a specific point of contact for all child safety-related inquiries, legal requests, and compliance matters.
Last Updated: April 28, 2026. These standards are reviewed regularly to ensure compliance with evolving global child safety regulations.
