Respect and dignity

Treat everyone with respect, regardless of background, identity or status. Boundaries apply both ways, and both sides can end an experience at any time.

Reliability

Local Partners are expected to be punctual, communicative and engaged for the full booked time. Guests are expected to arrive as planned or cancel through the app.

Honesty

Be truthful in your profile, your messages and your reviews. Good experiences start with accurate information.

The activity, and only the activity

Every booking is for Coffee, Food or Shopping at a Meezoy Verified Spot. Nothing outside the booked activity is part of a Meezoy experience.

What is never allowed

To keep Meezoy trustworthy, we have zero tolerance for:

Solicitation: Meezoy is for platonic, activity-based experiences only. Requesting romantic or sexual services is strictly prohibited and results in an immediate ban.
Harassment: Any form of bullying, hate speech, intimidation or inappropriate messaging.
Illegal activity: Bringing drugs or weapons, or engaging in any illegal act during an experience.
Child safety: We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and comply with all legal requirements for reporting and protection. See our Child Safety Standards.
Circumvention: Attempting to move payments, conversations or bookings outside the Meezoy app.

Reporting and enforcement

Report a concern from the booking in the app or through our contact page. Breaking these guidelines can lead to warnings, suspension or permanent removal. Read more on our Trust and Safety page.
