13. Indian Addendum (DPDP Act 2023 Compliance)

Children and Persons with Disabilities: Under the DPDP Act, processing of personal data of children (individuals under the age of 18) or persons with disabilities who have a lawful guardian requires verifiable consent from their parent or lawful guardian. We do not engage in any processing of children's data that is likely to cause any detrimental effect on the well-being of a child, and we strictly prohibit tracking, behavioral monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children.
