1. Acceptance of Terms

These Customer Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Meezoy mobile application and platform as a customer booking companionship services. By creating an account or booking a companion, you agree to these terms.

2. Purpose of Meezoy (Strictly Platonic - NOT a Dating App)

Meezoy is a platform designed to connect people for social companionship, public events, activities, and group outings.

STRICTLY NOT A DATING APP: Meezoy is explicitly NOT a dating, hookup, or matchmaking service. It is built solely for platonic socialization.

What you CAN do on Meezoy:

  • Book a companion to attend a concert, movie, or sporting event with you.
  • Find a companion to explore a new city, dine at restaurants, or go shopping.
  • Hire a companion for professional networking or casual coffee chats.

How you MUST behave:

  • Treat all companions with dignity, safety, and respect at all times.
  • Do not request romantic arrangements, personal dates, or any form of physical intimacy.
  • Do not ask for companions' personal phone numbers or contact details. All messaging and coordination must stay within the app.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

All bookings must be requested and completed through the Meezoy platform:

  • Meeting in Public: Bookings must take place in public, safe areas (such as cafes, restaurants, or malls).
  • Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation terms which may incur a fee if done close to the meeting time.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

Payments must be completed through the app using our integrated Cashfree payment gateway:

  • No direct cash payments are allowed to companions.
  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and will be credited to your Meezoy wallet or original source.

5. Code of Conduct for Customers

We expect all customers to maintain the highest standards of safety and respect:

  • Zero Intimacy: Meezoy is strictly for platonic companionship (socializing, dining, attending events). Any request or solicitation for physical intimacy, dating, or sexual services is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and potential reporting to law enforcement.
  • Safety: Do not request private address meetings or behave aggressively towards companions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Meezoy facilitates matches but is not liable for the behavior of companions. We recommend using our in-app safety tools and reporting any issues immediately to:
